"Great staff, smiley and helpful…Well situated smaller hotel, ideal for the Capitol Theatre, a short walk away…Breakfast was fine, although no poached or fried eggs, only scrambled..which may not appeal to the careful traveller… Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the hotels restaurant…Nice stay, all amenities in the room and keenly priced…would stay again.."

"We chose this hotel as it was close to Capitol Theatre. It was a perfect choice, the staff were incredibly helpful, the restaurants and bar were great for a pre-theatre treat and there were lots of amenities nice and close. The decor was lovely and we really enjoyed putting the old school record player on in our room while we got ready to go out. The amenities in the room were gorgeous, the bed comfy and room was quiet. "

"Great location, within walking distance of Hyde Park, the Botanic Garden, Central Station, and Chinatown. The penthouse was excellent for a large group like ours, offering plenty of space and comfort. We did experience some issues with the internet quality during our stay, but aside from that, everything was very good. A special mention to the cleaning staff, who were outstanding and truly deserve 5 stars."
