"Great hotel for the O2 and many other things. A very simple walk to the bullring. Lovely staff and large comfortable rooms. Free cocktails were very welcome, as was the late checkout. The cooked breakfast was joyless though. Very very bland, small and unimaginative. I expected more for over £20 each. Will stay again though."

"Great location near Brindley place and broad street. Good to have private parking, however a bit expensive. Nice breakfast. Got a complementary sparking pink fizz on arrival which was a nice touch and upgraded to king room. A bit of noise if facing the main street but not too bad."

"I had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. The room had everything I needed including a comfy chair to relax in and a desk. The TV was modern and had all the latest apps. Breakfast was included in my stay and there was plenty of choice and it was good quality too. The reception staff were excellent, I had a personal issue and they dealt with it calmly and professionally which I appreciated."
