"Friendly staff and good breakfast "

"Bathroom had hair in basin and shower, aircon wasn't working and neither was TV. Breakfast and service was good"

"Friendly staff, clean modern room, very quiet inside considering the busy city centre location. Very good location with onside parking, helpful friendly staff."

"Enjoyed my stay here. Great experience from checking in , friendly helpful staff, immaculate room and tasty breakfast. The spa looked great but I didn’t have time to use it. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is fine, but don’t expect anything other than a standard business hotel with a decent bar. It is starting to look tired."

"This was a really lovely place to stay. I was on my own staying there and it felt safe. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. Thank you"

"Stayed here for 2 nights as we had a concert at the Utilita Arena! Only a 10 minute walk if that to the Utilita Arena, and 15 minutes to the bullring and other areas located within Birmingham City Centre! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment , it was very well maintained and clean! The hotel uses an app which also has the feature of messaging and speaking to a member of staff on reception if this is needed during the stay! All staff we interacted with were pleasant and very helpful!"

"After being relocated here when another provider let us down, the welcome was faultless, room spotless and comfy and a brilliant breakfast too... Will definitely stay here again when in birmingham"
