"Benny was incredibly welcoming at check-in and answered our questions as it was our first time visiting. Our kids loved the cabin option with the bunkbeds. Most impressive were the lifeguards and emergency response team when an adolescent needed immediate medical attention. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the attentiveness of all the lifeguards all three days and in all areas in the water park; they were very well trained in response and proactive awareness. There was a convenient shuttle that took us to the mall and anywhere that we needed that was close and it picked us up. Held our luggage after check out until we were ready to depart for our flight. They have a Tram in mall to take you to the airport. Have to walk outside about a minute to get into the tram. "

"Overall, the Hilton in Minneapolis Airport was very clean and the stuff was accommodating. We enjoyed the restaurant bar after we had arrived late in the evening. We had an early morning flight and the shuttle driver was the most kind and accommodating person we had meet during our trip. A very nice person."
