"Helen Berger is a super little boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia. Perfectly placed for all the sites of the old town and further. Rooms are small, very clean and quietly sophisticated. Staff were very helpful at all times providing seamless check-in, bike hire and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant is popular with locals and provides a relaxed bar experience."

"Superb location. Walking distance to many tourist sites. Footsteps from the cathedral. The room was very clean and modern. Love the shower. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was good selection at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I come back to Valencia in the future I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed in the Atico Room — it was incredible! Large, comfy bed, two full washrooms, kitchen area, honestly, a great place with lots of space. There are quite a few steps to get up to the room so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues, or if you have lots of luggage. The hotel is located right across from the Mercado, which is one reason I picked it. Lots of activity around the outside of the hotel but doesn’t feel unsafe or crowded. "The apartment was located on the 3rd floor of the building which could be accessed by lift or by a lovely marble staircase. We were met by Eduardo and he gave us a tour of the apartment. He was super friendly and gave us some really great advice on places to visit, restaurants and best places to pick up provisions.
