Location is great, situated along one of the waterways and close in to many shops and restaurants. Walkable just a block or two to the covered pedestrian arcade. "Very nice spacious hotel. Close to nakasu river where the yatai (food) stalls are located. Hotel is also attached to a shopping mall - very convenient. Friendly & helpful staff. Our room was good size. The master lighting control for all lights in the room was a bit challenging, located only on one side of bed. Should have separate control for each side of bed, especially reading lamp. We had a great stay, walked everywhere."

"Room was a bit dated as only some of the rooms had been renovated as of May 2026. However, the room was reasonably spacious by Japanese standards and was quite comfortable. Beautiful and grand lobby. Location of the hotel was fantastic with a metro entrance and a Family Mart less than a minute away. The famous yatais unique to Fukuoka were also not far away."
