"Truly the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The room was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Complete misrepresentation of what the hotel really is. The actual rooms were dirty, beat up, old, disgusting. The hotel had no towels so we couldn't shower after a long day at Disney. There were cochroaches dead on the floor and behind the bed. Overall cleanliness was just bad. The pictures also showed an indoor pool but again completely false representation of the hotel. "

"This is an older property and the age really shows. The doors had staining and the office chair was ripped. Property definitely needs a lot of work. I booked this hotel due to the high guest rating (9.6/10) on Hotels.com and was deeply mistaken. I would not rate this property any higher than 5/10."

"The location was perfect for us as my husband had surgery at HCA. Osceola Hospital. House is in a quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants. We did takeout and ate in the dining room. After dinner we sat on the wrap around porch and has a glass of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Tom Kapp made me breakfast the next morning and sat and had breakfast with me and visited. A short but lovely experience."
