"Staff was incredible! Food was ok, but not exceptional. Extremely good centralized location near warf and ship. Walking distance from fishmarket and shops. Close to museum. No distilled water for CPAP Machines. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff arranged for us to take a short cab to the train station - for train to Oslo. That 6-7 hour trip should not be missed! We stayed one night as an extension to a Viking Cruise. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Opus XVI. The staff was very helpful. They booked us a restaurant reservation and held our luggage. It was extremely clean. The breakfast was quite good and had many choices. They set out umbrellas when rained. The location can’t be beat. It’s two minutes from the fish market, a grocery store is next door, and we could walk to other restaurants and even the train station within minutes."

"Thon Orion is located right in heart of city which is great if you have a short stay. Transport is right outside hotel. Hotel is 5 minute walk from Bryygen and 10 minutes from fish market where most tours start. Staff were friendly and assist when asked."

"Property was centrally located and easy to find. The property is well managed and the communication was really good. The apartment could have used a couple more kitchen utensils such as a serrated knife to cut bread with and a couple of tea towels. The space is very comfortable and spacious for our family. "Despite an ongoing strike they were ready upon our arrival. A previous reservation at a competing hotel had cancelled us at the last minute. An excellent location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. We could not board our ship until 2pm so they allowed us to stay two hours past regular checkout. Thanks!"
