"Stayed here after seeing Hamilton in the Victoria Palace theatre. Perfect location if you’re going there. Room was lovely and clean. Staff very welcoming, polite and helpful - let us check in early as the room was available. Had breakfast also which we really enjoyed. Again staff in the restaurant were excellent, very professional and well presented - great choice of food, and lovely coffee- even had ‘to go’ cups for tea/coffee which was a nice touch to take one as you leave. "Great hotel - great Location Rooms are great but just a typical city hotel very small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a great variety and selection. The underground Station is very close to the hotel. It’s just a few stops away from all major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when in London."

"Well located just around the block from Paddingtom Station and staff were friendly. A little worn on the inside and small rooms but would definitely stay again. Plenty of dining and pub options nearby."
