"The hotel is very well located in the city center, has a shuttle for evening transport to nearby restaurants and attractions (like Puerto Madero). Staff is great, restaurant is good, breakfast is excellent. Has very good gym and indoor pool. Only downside on our part is that mattresses were on the hard side and pillows too large/tall. Overall would definitely return."

Great value hotel in excellent location, super friendly and polite staff - very all encompassing breakfast - the only small negative was not being able to order breakfast by room service prior to 7 am when the restaurant opened, a minor set back for an otherwise excellent stay in all respects - The room was superb and Thomas was really helpful organising tours for the two non-work days i had - he fixed me up for Tigre delta valley, did the city by bus and a day trip to Colonia de Sacramento in...

Often boutique hotels have more style than substance, but this does not apply to the Ilum Experience. The helpfulness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfort of the rooms all made this a very good (Ilum) experience
