"Great staff, clean room, great location."

"Good breakfast, free parking, a room with a small fridge. A nice basic hotel, perfect to rest in after visiting Therme Euskirchen."

"Had a really nice night, great help and support from the staff. Nice breakfast and nice apartment and area for food and drinks. Danke! 😊"

"Its a classic full service hotel in the best way possible, this level of services is missing is many of today's hotels. Services and amenities (room service, gym, spa, bar and lounge) across the board and a very helpful and friendly staff. I was there 1 night for work Room was quiet, comfortable and you can never pass up a wonderful German buffet. Highly recommended."

"Clean rooms good breakfast. Difficult to park late at night"

"Very good staff and clean rooms"

"This was such a warm welcoming place, with a huge room, good facilities and a nice breakfast. Really well located. Very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. As others have noted, it's a hotel combined with a residence for older people, and if I end up in such a place in my golden years I'll consider myself to have done well!"

"Great location in Bonn and very comfortable room. "

"Very nice and clean, welcoming staff, nice area. 👍 "

"Nice welcome, rooms are clean, good location"

"Location suited us"

"Overall, the room quality was beyond my expectations. When I looked at the pictures, I was expecting a shabby, gloomy, and dirtier place. Even the restaurant on the first floor and the entire house looked old by the time I booked a room. In fact, the restaurant's atmosphere was really nice, and the room quality was as good as the restaurant--at least well-managed and clean enough. It was at least worth the money spent. I was especially impressed by the tap water--high enough water pressure,...

"Old centric hotel. Staff was correct as well as breakfast. More like a nice 3 stars than an actual 4."

"I stayed in the hotel for four nights. The breakfast spread is very good. The room cleaning was on request. There was not much interaction with the staff but found them helpful as needed."

"Excellent location and helpful, lovely staff."

"Sehr sauber. Gutes Bad. Bequemes Bett. Ausgestattete kleine Küchenzeile. Sogar Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee, Milch, Wasserkocher usw vorhanden. Zugang allerdings nur über einen Code, der per Mail oder App generiert wird - daher nichts für Menschen ohne Smartphone."

"Super sted at overnatte, rent og pænt og meget stilfærdigt område. Hotellet ligger tæt ved toget men værelserne ER virkelig lydisolerende så man hører intet. Super med gratis parkering og indkøbsmuligheder lige ved siden af, og mulighed for at få ting i køleskab samt varme mad i microovn. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at overnatte der igen😀"

"Older hotel but nice and quiet in the middle of a wood. Clean and nice staff."

"Breakfast was really nice. My room was kept clean."

"Excellent property with great rooms and breakfast. Convenient parking and professional staff."
