"Little gem with easy access to Lymington and the new Forrest . The staff were very friendly and helpful the food was good , plenty of off street parking and the property had a unique feel , with the river passing through the property with small bridges passing over the various water ways . Loved it"

"the resort is undergoing major renovations and we were warned about this beforehand. All the leisure facilities were close but the grounds are lovely. We hope they keep the family cottages once the renovations are complete."

"Fantastic 1 nights stay the hosts were so helpful and very pleasant . The room was exceptionally clean and two fans were keeping the room very well aired under extreme temperatures in this unbearable heatwave. Breakfast exceptional and plenty of choice. "Lovely overnight stay before visiting Beaulieu Motor Museum The room was quirky (low beams). Bed very comfortable & shower was hot. We ate dinner & breakfast at The Filly. Both were very good. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again"
