"Greg was a wonderful host. He did a great job in renovating the property. Very detailed oriented. A 5 min drive to the beach, restaurants, etc. Cape Cod Art Museum in Yarmouth was great. Only thing was that pool was not open because of repairs but overall it was a great stay. Thanks Greg for a terrific Cape stay."

Rooms were clean with super comfortable beds and pillows- and it was a central location for the cape with Hyannis just 10mins away! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun cape cod getaway!"

Beach, pool, games - we used the mini golf course every day! Plus it’s a short drive to anything else you do want or need. The property is so well cared for and the staff is kind. "The staff are so friendly, the beds are so comfy and there are even yard games for the kids out front. We would definitely come again! Bring socks to the bouncy park and clothes if you forget socks they sell for $2 ea, plenty of food options inside and places to sit also very staffed for safety through out the water and the inflatable park"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Sunbird Cape Cod Resort! The kids absolutely loved the playground and all the outdoor games and activities — there was always something fun to do for the whole family. The breakfast was also surprisingly delicious with so many great options to start the day. The atmosphere was relaxing, family-friendly, and perfect for a Cape Cod getaway.
