Good communication via WhatsApp. Allowed us to check in late . We didn’t order any breakfast but there was a kitchenette with fridge, kettle tea and coffee and pastries available all day long for everyone. Could not recommend enough. "

"I loved the concept of this big Italian mansion turned into a hotel. It is surrounded by several mansions in a very quiet neighborhood. It is 5 minutes walking from Siena center. There are few amenities, but the price/location/condition it is a great place for a short stay. "

"Very nice hotel located right at the entrance of Siena’s old town. There is parking which is always a plus. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special but a good option to get some coffee in before more serious meals during the day! Would recommend."

"Our room in an old Palazzo had original frescos on the ceiling, a small balcony overlooking the city wall and surrounding countryside, and comfortable furniture and bed. The location is quite close to the Campo (central plaza in Siena) and we were made to feel very welcome. Check-in instructions were sent to us proactively and suggestions for restaurants and sights were also sent. I'm really glad we chose to stay here!"
