"Our first stay at this property was better than expected! It is an open Lobby and Dining area with lots of light and in the heart of Pineapple Grove, just off Atlantic Ave. It is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and more. It was a very enjoyable stay and our room on the top floor had a wall of windows that allowed natural light to flood the room. Definitely worth a stay again on our next trip."

The Cabana club is perfect as well pool/beach all conneccted included in your stay . The Colony is Nice comfortable hotel with old school ties like the gated elevator. Nice little complemtary continental breakfast with cofee avaiilable. downstairs bar/ entertainment at night is perfect for a night cap sitting on the outdoor patiio"

"Great hotel just a 15 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue or about 30 minutes walk to the beach. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was included which included hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties) as well as bagels, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt and a selection of cereal. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is situated far enough away from the busy main area so the hotel is quiet."

"The place is a little slice of Americana in a world of high rises. The staff are on site all of the time and want to make sure your stay is fantastic. The private beach with lounges and umbrellas is wonderful. Trish and her staff are communicative, there is housekeeping everyday, and cold AC, hot water, hot coffee and luxurious bath towels to boot!
