"The room was super cute and a great deal, but the neat part was the staff at the attached wine bar where you check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful and even assisted us with finding parking and getting us cleared for pulling up to drop our luggage even though we went into a restricted area by accident! Arezzo is a wonderful town and the people are fantastic. There is an amazing restaurant in the piazza right across from the hotel, too. "

"What an absolutely beautiful stay, in a stunning place. Our host was attentive and kind, and the food was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and particularly for my needs on a road trip with my 18 year old son, the accommodation offering two adjoining bedrooms was perfect, and we could park outside. Also very good value in my opinion. I would definitely return, it’s also ideal for couples and I would love to bring my wife here. "

She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. "Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. "I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property towards the end of my visit to Italy. I stayed four nights and used it as a home base to do day trips to Cortona and to Arezzo. I also took time to just relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely terrace.
