The check-in process was a bit unclear but once that was resolved everything else was smooth. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). "Five Seas is in the perfect location in Cannes! Would highly recommend for its location , walk ability, feels like it’s in the heart of Cannes. Easy access to unber and taxi. Too many restaurants and cafes nearby to list. The beach club was great too. All around we would definitely stay here again."

"The room was small but the bed, the sheets, pillows and the towels were very very comfy, made us sleep like real babies even if we were in the city center. The shower is small and the water drips everywhere when using it, but everything was clean and worked perfectly."
