Hidden gem in the Peloponnes! Lovely pool; long enough to swim a few laps. Quiet rural area just 10 minute drive to Methoni and the beach there. Gorgeous self-catering accommodation (they’ve started doing breakfast hampers too); the villas arent on top of each other so you’ve got a very decent amount of privacy. And incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. We’ve stayed there three times already and will definitely be back.

Amazing redevelopment of an old warehouse in provide luxurious accommodation in a beautiful building. Do not be put off by the surroundings, it is obviously an area that was once quite industrial but is gradually becoming a cool destination. Two minutes walk from the marina, and the restaurants associated with that area. Staff were delightful, ‘standard’ room felt very luxurious and very, very quiet. Delicious breakfast. Just wish we’d booked for more nights. Highly recommend.

Initially we felt a little disappointed inspite of an incredible welcome.
Our room had no towels and was a little tired with stains on the sofa.
The shower head was positioned so water shot through gap in screen all over the floor. So we could only have hand held showers. However the rest of the hotel was beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful
Breakfast service was a bit hit and miss at times. Though maybe trainee staff. The lady who bought out food was incredible constantly restocking...

Executive suites can be noisy next to the main road, especially as the Pylos - Kalamata road is under construction.
1 Minute walk to Martins which has everything you need food/drink/beach wise.
Fantastic restaurant, beach area and service.
Pool is huge, and never too busy.
Beautiful garden/farm surroundings.

There were facilities pool side to change if going to airport, but no extractor fans in any of the bathrooms which would be my only moan, they got very hot! There's no gym yet, but it could be a nice addition and hotel is away from the busyness of Kalamata. Just a shame that the airport is so old and dilapidated, it puts you off returning to the area, as it's grotty and the lack of facilities are...
