The property is a short 10-15 minute walk to downtown Santa Barbara and right across the street from the beach and Marina. There is a very nice walking path right along the beach/greenway lined with palm trees"

"The Eagle Inn is a jewel. It is on a quiet street but easily walkable to the beach. It has an old world feel with beautiful tiles, but is very well kept up. The front desk staff were very attentive. The breakfast is freshly made and it is lovely to sit out on their terrace."

"Room very clean , front desk manager was so accommodating very helpful of what to do in town where to eat Ect. Only 1 thing is that a fluffy pillow or maybe 2 pillows would have been great but I also didn’t ask for an extra pillow. Location to State Street shops and restaurants was excellent. "
