"The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly.
The bathroom door in our room was a joke, there was a big gap when the door was fully closed. Also the shower water comes all over the bathroom floor after you take a shower, it was not designed well. We did not get hot water in our shower head. Luckily the hand held shower got hot water, we managed with that."
"Very disappointed in the shuttle. We arrived at 9:15pm and hotel would not pick up until 10pm even though van was just sitting there with no other pickups.
Same for the morning. We needed a ride to airport at 3:30am. Hotel said 3:00 or 4:00 even though can was just sitting. Poor customer service."
