"Typhoon Fung Wong was coming so Alishan was closed and we couldn't check-in to our Alishan hotel. It was late, dark but no wind and fairly calm, nearby hotels and BnB coming down Alishan were all fully booked (because of the park closure), luckily, found this Green Hotel in Chiayi and were able to book 3 rooms. "Hotel was near the Chiayi train station. Very conveniently located as it is near night and day markets. My wife and i enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel was dated and a bit far from walking to the Chiayi Station. There was a large stain on the cushioned headboard and did not look good at all. The shower was located at a corner of the bathroom without enclosure or shower curtain, whenever we took shower, the entire bathroom including the cabinets, vanity top, toilet, etc was wet. Really strange design! Breakfast was good with many items. Staffs were friendly."
