Le Acacie is a charming hotel in a beautiful, peaceful location. The beach is right there, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. That said, getting there isn’t the easiest — especially without a car. You’ll likely need to arrange a transfer or take a taxi from the port or nearest town. It’s worth it once you arrive, but do plan ahead. A great spot if you’re looking for a quiet break by the sea.

L’appartamento è moderno, semplice, ma carino. Il reception è molto accomodante e flessibile nell’orario. La zona è immersa nel verde che è molto piacevole per chi cerca un posto per rilassarsi. Non è molto lontano alla spiaggia e il centro con mezzo proprio. In sintesi, lo consiglio.

There’s a public beach nearby (NOT a hotel beach) and the Hotel has a pool. The photo from the air is a bit misleading as it looks like the hotel has a beach with lounge chairs, which it does not. The bicycles, which Hotels.com lists as being free to use, are only free for one hour of use, which wasn’t enough for us—we needed more time to make using them feasible. On-site parking is good (but extremely tightly spaced). Room condition ok, and breakfast was fine. The town is very nice.

Handy , quiet, great value

Great hotel with a fantastic pool, pool bar, and beach access next to the pool - incredibly convenient. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect small hotel complex for a very quiet relaxing holiday yet with fantastic fresh seafood offering for lunch or local specialties prepared for dinner with excellent wine list. The maitre d' is worth a mention, he runs the dining to perfection. Private beach at your doorstep. Beach itself is not he most pristine but the experience overall - location, services (gym on premises), accessibility, friendliness of staff and dining options, entertainment (live music for post-dinner drinks) make...

Probably the best hotel with really taste breakfast and evening meals including a vegetable buffet to add to the main course in the evening. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and helpful making this one of the best hotel stays in the whole of Italy. The views from the secluded balcony outside the en-suite room were the best found on our interrail tour around the whole of Italy.

Great accommodation in excellent location between Portoferraio and Porto Azzuro with nice views of the sea and mountains. We have stayed here a few times now but did note that it is not quite as well equipped as before with lack of tea towel, oven cloth but otherwise excellent
