Checked in late and had to leave early with young children. Everything was easy and efficient. The night manager was brilliant - she arranged a taxi pickup and prepared a takeaway breakfast bag early in the morning, pretty much at her own initiative. Both the room and the service surpassed our expectation, and we couldn’t have hoped for a smoother and more comfortable experience.
