"Pleasant location with easy access to many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was nice, but the room service wasn't the best. We booked a family suite, but unfortunately, they didn't give us the view we requested. Instead, we had a view of the interior of the hotel, which felt very strange."
"Beds were ok but storage area was minimum. About 8" of hanging space behind the TV panel.
The shower glass door had round holes as knobs so water splashed to the floor of the bathroom. We didn't try the breakfast. It was way to expensive. Only a few blocks from the metro stations but the cobblestones on Brussels streets are not luggage friendly."
"The hotel needs much maintenance as well as overall cleanliness! Our stay was for 5 nights and the stairs to the upper floors were clearly never vacuumed as we found the same trash every day on the steps.
Our room was not well cleaned neither, there was disgusting trash behind the safe.
We asked the front desk to advise housekeeping that we needed hand soup in our bathroom and we didn’t get it until the next day.
The only plus was it’s great location!"
"The property is a short distance (between 8-15 min walk (.03-0.8 miles) from the main attractions (e.g. Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, St. Michael & Gudula Cathedral, St Hubert Galleries, Beer, Chocolate, Frieter & the Comics Museums).
There were also a great selection of restaurants and shops around the area.
With all that were mentioned, the hotel covers basic accommodation. A room that is a size of about an arms’ and a half stretch, a double bed and a bathroom. Not a lot of space to move around & no luggage rack.
The property is clean, the room assigned to us was quiet; an extra €20 was charged for early check-in and the location compensates for everything else."
"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. That said, it felt significantly over priced for what is essentially a youth hostel with some hotel rooms tagged on. The buffet breakfast is not worth ten euros. Note that the hotel is not situated where the Expedia app says it is; lookup the address in Google Maps instead."
"Amazing experience all the way around... Location, food, staff, owner, and accommodations. Truly a unique and special place. Tight hallways for luggage, but we travel with too much stuff anyway.
Definitely try the Moroccan Tea - best ever."
