I reported to reception and they said unfortunately hotel was fully booked and technicians had gone home, which was understandable as by this time it was the evening but that they would get it looked at the next day. I had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s parking underneath the building which was good to have. My room was comfortable, had good heating and was very clean. Breakfast was really fantastic. Lots of options, cereals, granola (different varieties), cooked breakfast eggs, bacon, sausages and more, pastries and lots of them. All of good quality, not the generic kind. Coffee as well, fruit as well of course. I would stay again. Excellent transport to Munich centre too.

Loved this hotel! Really friendly and helpful staff on Reception. Arrived late but wanted to take the train into the centre of Munich for a quick look around. Reception staff suggested parking on the roads outside the hotel as these were free. This was really helpful advice but we wanted to leave our ski stuff inside the car so decided to use the parking garage underneath the hotel instead. The train station is right next to the hotel. Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...

The hotel was very nice with good mattresses and bedding. The breakfast was expensive at €13 per person and did not warrant this charge. The listing said free parking was included at the hotel. This is misleading: While there IS limited free on-street parking, none was available when we arrived, so we had to pay €18 per night to park in the garage. No discount was offered for hotel guests despite the hotel having clear management of it and signage indicating this.

They were soooo accommodating and and attentive. The booking staff went above and beyond making my birthday extra special. I got a birthday cupcake and, personalised card and decorations upon entering my room. We were also given drinks vouchers on arrival. There was only one rude porter when we were checking out. But overall it was a great experience. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in Munich again.
