"A very nice hotel. All staff were welcoming. Checkin/checkout was efficient. Great location - an easy walk from the train station at Alexanderplatz, many transport options and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom facilities. Breakfast offered many options; can get busy/crowded. A business guest could find the lack of a chair in the room to be a negative. "

"This hotel offers an excellent choice for staying near the bustling Alexanderplatz where you can find numerous dining, transportation, and entertainment options. This is not an option if you are looking for a breathtaking view, although that IS available at the Berlin radio tower which is a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was excellent and an easy way to start the day. There were cereals, eggs, sausages, pastries, yoghurts, and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a no brainer if you're looking to stay in this area and want a convenient, easy hotel. The ONLY thing I would like to change is not being able to open the window fully, but's that just a nitpicky thing and wouldn't stop me from staying here as the A/C is turned on only in the summer months."
