Gorgeous little hotel where nothing is too much of a problem and they are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The grounds are lovely with a river/stream flowing through at the bottom. We felt immediately relaxed after a long car journey. The only regret was not being able to enjoy the fine dining restaurant, as we were travelling with our dog. The bistro also in the hotel, however, where we could have our pet had some very good food. Look forward to a third return.

Lovely little apartment, very clean. Great location close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Great location for a stop over or visiting Le Mans - Just off the motorway. Simple, but good food and drink offer. Clean rooms. If you you enjoy a Basil Fawlty experience, you'll love the guy in the restaurant.

Good stop over as part of longer journey

We were in room 36 which was newly renovated with an enormous bathroom - it was lovely! We sat outside in the evening and had a wonderful cheese and meat board with some rosé. We have stayed here 3 times and it’s a really convenient stop over place on the way home from the Dordogne back to Calais.

A clean room, nice dinner, fabulous staff and a great breakfast. What's not to love? There's also plenty of parking, an electric charger just outside the gate and a pretty view of the lake. I'd definitely stay here again, and it's a great place for a stopover.

The loviest bed and breakfast with the nicest host. This is a true little paradise. We arrived frazzled from a long drive and were greeted by the lovely hosts and all their animals. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and delicious. We cannot thank them enough.

Great place to stay for a night or two. On the outer western side of Le Mans. Well connected to the main road network. Plenty of parking with shaded parking. Good transport link into Le Mans via a very regular Tram service. Rooms are sufficient very practical and clean. Toilet/shower room was compact. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff who were very informative and friendly. Have a nice summer 😊

Stayed in Room 118, on the first floor. Lovely big room, with en suite bathroom (shower cubicle, no bath). We were able to park in the courtyard parking lot. Receptionist available at 4.00 am to check us out. Second stay at this hotel, would definitely stay again if in Le Mans

Excellent location in the Plantagenêt City and close to several excellent Bistros. Beautiful historic French house with a courtyard. Access via emails and codes works really well. Tea and coffee making facilities plus some coffee/biscuits/shower gel supplied - really generous given the reasonable rates. Very comfortable bed. Thanks for a lovely stay

Very convenient for the railway station.

We stayed here by accident after our car broke down nearby. We were desperate for a bed for the night and called in on spec. The hotel was full but the owners joleen and subith went the extra mile to find us a room. It was like an oasis in the desert to us at that moment and joleen and subith could not have been more Friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even helped us to communicate with local garages to resolve our car problems and we will definitely stay here again when we are in the...

First time at this hotel after many years at Le Mans 24h moto , very happy and we’ll be back , secure parking for the bike , great breakfast and all the staff were friendly and helpful - room was small ish but perfectly fine with a great shower . We shall book for next year Location is great for the main square and trams to the track . This was a good find
