Lovely standard room with a very comfy bed and very clean bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary refreshing spray, very welcome after a very long hot drive. A large number of electric points and 2 suitcase stands. Parking was easy and secure and we were able to leave our car parked there after checking out so we could explore the sites of Tours the following morning. Quirky and elegant hotel well located in Tours. Very welcoming and helpful hosts and very accommodating of our ten bikes. Breakfast was great. Beware: It’s a tall hotel with a LOT of stairs. The first floor rooms looked like they were the more expensive ones

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a clean room. Bits of the hotel are a little dated but still nice to stay at.

The bedroom was very spacious with a lovely comfortable seating area for watching t.v. plus a standard reading lamp. Bedding and bed were both excellent and the hotel provided 3 pillows each (this is rare). There were many thoughtful touches in the room and bathroom such as shaving mirror, room for toiletries to be stored, plenty of hooks for bathrobes etc and good clothes hangers in the wardrobe. Our experience was amazing. We stopped for one night on our outward journey and two on our return. Staff were ultra helpful in terms of accommodating us in extreme heat and making our stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely indoor restaurant and pretty courtyard for outdoor breakfast. Both rooms were charming and setting idyllic with easy access to chateau and parking opposite.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. One of the very best in Loire.

We chose this hotel because it was in easy reach of the Old Town and the main shopping street. The room was superb and very spacious, we had a huge comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with a great shower. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was parking nearby and if you went to a storey ending with a B, a lift brought you up to street level, right in front of the hotel. This was chargeable but very convenient. This was a great hotel in a perfect location. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were incredibly cozy. We also loved the breakfast selection. Highly recommended for a one night stay!
