Great hotel with great restaurant

Breakfast had the best Kouglhopf of our entire stay in Alsace! Hotel clean, quiet and not far from centre or from museums. Shame most shops and restaurants were closed on Sunday

An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre, it came with a very pleasant welcome from Harold on reception (a credit to the hotel speaking excellent English for a self-taught Cote d'Ivoirian!) An excellent modern room with the benefit of a kitchen area in a safe, quiet and very comfortable at a good price

The accommodation is adequate and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful with explaining access to the hotel and recommended places to eat. Breakfast was really nice fresh fruit, oranges you could squeeze yourself as well as all the usual items that make up a continental breakfast. We were also given a bag so that we could take any food we liked to have on our forward journey. The town itself was a short walk away with a good selection of shops and restaurants.

The reception staff spoke great English. Nice food in the restaurant too. Large car park with plenty of room.

the hotel is good but a bit pricy. very clean and tidy, smells nice. no shops around is a downside of it, as not everyone would want to have a dinner at the hotel. surrounding looks great, like in a fairy. we loved our stay at this hotel. thank you

Great hotel! Wish I had stayed a little longer- had to leave at 4am for flight. Complementary shuttle was huge bonus.

Great hotel, helpful staff, great breakfast, good A/c and a great location…

The staff were so kind, I lost my Handy charger and they were great in getting it charged. Considering it had my flight check in on it; that was rather important. Offering a wee note of kindness, it was refused until I said call it a souvenir.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, i would just suggest to expand the offer for vegan guests for whom there is not too much to choose from. My second remark is for really dirty glass panes in the terrace patio roof. Other than that, its a great hotel, my best recommendation

Perfect central location and 20 min walk from the car museum

Front desk staff very helpful, room traditional style but I like it, bgood breakfast with good service.
