Hunteres Inn is close to many places of interest and is just off the A303. We had a very pleasant stay, staff were friendly and helpfull. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautiful en suite.
The Pub Restaurant offered a very good choice of food at breakfast and Dinner, also a packed lunch if required. We would recommend this to anyone for an overnight stay ( we were on our way to Cornwall ) or a short break.

Nice hotel, stayed for 2 nights. Fantastic staff nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was lovely. The room was great tea and coffee facilities and en-suite. Even with music and patrons the room was quiet. Plenty of parking and a nice selection of drinks not just mass market. Loved the chunky furniture, would stay again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel this week. Rooms were amazing and the staff were all very cheery. Only criticisium would be with the food. Meals were gorgeous and very well presented but the bar snacks were deceiving and too "fine dining". I wanted proper nachos not some grilled flat bread. Overall amazing place to stay.

Property was easy to find, included parking and I had a lovely welcome by David, the host.
Exactly what I was looking for and all I required, a bed with breakfast, which was superb by the way. I had a full English.
Everything was spotlessly clean, towels supplied, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities in room.
Was a pleasant walk into Glastonbury. I will definitely book again when I next want to stay in Glastonbury.

Lovely clean room with four poster bed, great breakfast to set you up for the day. Friendly staff & not forgetting snowball the resident cat who sits on the reception desk waiting to greet you. The patio garden opposite is a fantastic place to sit at the end of the day with a drink looking across to a floodlit Wells Cathederal. Hotel is situated just around the corner from the market place. Ample parking at the rear of the hotel.

To fully appreciate the town's historical landmarks and cultural offerings, a stay of at least 2 to 3 days is recommended. This duration allows visitors to explore its art scene, dine at local eateries, and visit charming museums, all while enjoying great value for money. With careful planning, prices could drop, making this enchanting destination even more affordable for those on a budget.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals for hotels in Bruton, begin by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Dealsopens in new window sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. The Smart Shoppingopens in new window tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to see the best options. You'll be notified if prices drop or new rooms become available, making it easier to secure your last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate due to factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you find better rates for your stay in a hotel in Bruton. For those seeking distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you make a reservation with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is higher or lower than average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could help you discover a more appealing rate.
Consider your location: Opting for accommodation closer to major attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with higher prices. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and ease of access to your planned destinations. You might also explore independent hotels situated a bit further out, which are usually more likely to be affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
