"Absolutely loved this place. We like a cool room & the Aircon was perfect. The bed was smaller than expected but super comfortable mattress & duvet. It was all spotless & felt 4 star. Great to have a fridge, table, sofa. Really handy to everything in Southampton & our cruise port."

"Was warmly welcomed by the owner, Kara, after I debarked from Royal Caribbean and walked from City cruise terminal. She let me leave my luggage and return to check in. There was no lift, but her husband was kind to bring my bag up to my room before I returned. Room was comfortable and a continental breakfast was included. Stayed two nights before getting on my next cruise. Will stay again! "
