This is a beautiful wee cottage did not disappoint in any sense. My sat nav was not the best and had problems as it just takes you to an area as opposed to the actual house.
Would definitely go back for longer as there are so many areas to sit outside

Attended an event at the hotel and then stayed the night. Room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.
Plenty of choice in the bar and not silly prices.
Breakfast was excellent, as were the views.

These apartments are very clean and have all the equipment needed to cook efficiently. We stayed for a month during a house move and explored the area which has so much to offer.
Nearby Portlethen has all the shopping facilities you could need and we would thoroughly recommend a visit to Sally's cafe.

Additionally, Smart Shoppingopens in new window is a useful comparison tool within the app, allowing you to assess hotel prices and amenities effectively. This way, if prices drop or rooms become available, you’re more likely to be informed and ready to book your getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a more economical option for your stay in a Stonehaven hotel. If you're in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and can sometimes represent better value. When you make a reservation through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the cost appears to be on the higher side, we may recommend alternative dates that could lead to more affordable options.
Consider your location: Choosing accommodation near major attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes at a higher price. For those seeking more affordable options, it is worth considering hotels located in less central areas or neighbourhoods, which usually tend to be more affordable while still offering reasonable access to your intended destinations. You might also look into independent hotels situated a bit further out, as they can deliver a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
