"Very convenient for early Southend airport departure. Restaurant however very basic. Chips clearly fried from frozen, etc. Rooms a bit dated. Nice big bed, but tiny tv on wall? Our sink would not drain. Clearly blocked pipes. When reported in the morning, the duty officer making the bog standard comment "oh, I will make a note", before turning back to whatever he was doing before. Forgotten already..."

"Stay here all the time close to brands hatch and other things to do in Kent. The staff are so nice and friendly. Easy to check in nothing is too much trouble. The rooms which open onto the lake are so nice. But have stayed in other rooms just a comfy. Can’t personally fault it there"

"I couldn't fault this stay (aside from paying 8 pounds for parking on top of the room). The room was good value for money, excellently appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely modern bathroom. It was also very quiet in spite of being near to a main road. The hotel has a modern feel and feels fresh and bright. The staff were superb - all very friendly and welcoming.
