"Breakfast was very good and on time. Try the banana pancakes. Staff was very helpful and toured their farm and coffee plantation. The hikes on property were great and the cloud forest experience could not be better. The rooms are sparse but great for the experience. No AC but was not needed. "

"A very nice family run hotel close to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and several other nature preserves and activities. I stayed a week and would stay again. A made-to-order breakfast is included and you can see Coati, Agouti, and numerous Costa Rican birds on the property."
