Clean just a little far away from Bergamo have to get taxi and that's expensive

We have stayed several times, and look forward to returning. The rooms are lovely, the staff are so nice. And the location is ideal. We would definitely recommend.

Really well located hotel just outside central Bergamo but only 10 minutes to central car parks. And 10 minutes drive to airport! Very helpful staff, and you have a shopping centre and spa attached to back of hotel. Car parking is easy in the underground car park with limited spaces. Right next to a small suburb train station as well. The area is still being developed but very quiet and clean. Worth paying a visit to the Rooftop Restaurant which is amazing (we had Sushi) and also nearby...

Hotel was value for money and the staff/facilities first-class. Breakfast included a large selection of juices,meats, cheeses, cooked choices and the usual cereals/mueslis etc.Coffee is excellent. Hotel is centrally located close to all the important sights and attractions.

The hotel is excellent - our only problem (and it is quite a major one) is that it was not easy to find. We could not find geographical co-ordinates on its website and the small lane it is in was not known to our Garmin satnav. But having found the hotel we were fully satisfied

Loved this hotel, beautiful, quirky, staff friendly, helpful. We arrived early evening & the restaurant was not open but the pool bar was open and the barman very kindly rustled up some lovely snack bites. Various rooms to relax in and the art around the building was amazing! Would definitely go back if visit Begamo again the future.

Perfect for train and bus stations for visits and airport transfers. Rooms a good size and modern. Breakfast had a good variety of food on offer.

Great new property that was lovely and perfect for the late Ryanair flight in Arrived with 20 euro taxi, used PIN codes to enter, had light supper and wine across the road (open until 1am) Next day late start with walk around new and old town and back to airport to collect car and head to slopes Perfect Will go again

A nice welcome to Bergamo. Convenient for bus and train stations plus local bus to City Alta Very traditional Italian hotel, with great housekeeping and a comfortable bed. Despite a busy road the rooms were well soundproofed and quiet. Staff were very friendly

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was no electricity in the area at the breakfast time, but they did manage to get us hot coffee. Breakfast by itself was good enough for 3 star hotel. The rooms are just as described. Would be nice to have a fridge. The hotel is located near a roundabout, but we did not fell any extra noice from passing cars. As we have spend whole day at QC Terme San Pellegrino and left the hotel early in the morning, we were not quite able to estimate the local...

This was a good standard hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and the evening meal was lovely too.
