Hotels in San Zeno di Montagna

Based on other reviews, I was concerned that I will not have a very good stay. I was proved wrong. Although the hotel could have better furniture in rooms (by that I mean more modern), it is functional and comfortable. Bathroom is clean, although the towels could be of better quality. But then again, it is 3*, not 5*, so don't expect unrealistic standards. The room had a safe for your valuables (you must ask for a key for it from the reception) and a fridge. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The charming building has well appointed rooms - nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. We were traveling by car and they helped us with instructions for parking and getting the shuttle to and from the hotel. The breakfast was served in the restaurant nearby and was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location, nice breakfast, they took care well as we are vegetarian. Lift access to all floors.

We stayed here for 3 nights for part of our honeymoon. It definitely is 5 star. The room was fantastic and I would recommend booking a room with a lake view if possible. The view from our balcony was amazing. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Lords of Verona. The location is fantastic, central and quiet with a beautiful square, full of history and restaurants just outside the door. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very well appointed and very well maintained. Spacious and cool, which was very welcome as it was 35degrees outside. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Such a cute property, with amazing views and interior. Feels like home The staff is amazing, I was given very early check in. Unfortunately there was an issue with my Air con which they tried to fix but couldn’t. They offered free breakfast and drink. The hotel also covers two taxi charges to city centre throughout your stay which is a nice perk. Honestly not sure about the walk to city centre as the hotel is on a very steep hill with no sidewalks

Hotel Continental is a family run hotel and we were extremely impressed during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and obviously keen to help and look after their guests. We have never stayed in a hotel with a cleaner room than this. Cleanliness was impeccable, whether in the room, restaurant, pool, or anywhere in the hotel. The position of the hotel is great, views of the lake are amazing, facilities are excellent and generally the hotel was simply a pleasure to stay...

Different people will require different things from their hotel; research is key. I read up that this hotel was within the courtyard of the 'Balcony of Juliet' and that it would be busy downstairs, and that there was no dining room so breakfast would be served in room. Google maps showed that it is fairly central in the old part of the city. The entrance hall is deceiving as to what awaits; rooms look out either over the street towards the Piazza delle Erbe (as mine did), or over the Juliet...

Staff, location, breakfast everything was brilliant.

Really great feeling about hotel. Staff particularly helpful and friendly. Can you book me a taxi?. Can you find me a decent restaurant? Can I have extra towels?. Everything answered quickly and politely, some five star hotels would do well to be this polite. If you are used to five star hotels, this will not disappoint. Rooms very clean, good size, pool beds really excellent, food and drinks excellent and very reasonably priced.

Excellent hotel with extremely comfortable room equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location 5 minutes from city centre and 10 minutes from railway station. Breakfast buffet was very good.

It's one of this place where, as soon as you get in, you're overwhelmed by so much beauty and character. The hotel is full of antiques and art. The building is beautiful and charming. We were in a suite and we were like in a cocoon. The staff is nice and helpful. And then the hotel - although quiet at night - is bang in the middle of the city. Highly recommended.

Lovely family run hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of Ebre square. The family were so welcoming and helpful we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Clean, spotless rooms.
