We had an absolutely incredible stay at Viesca. The setting is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Concetta welcomed us and kindly showed us around, talked us through the facilities... The pool is lovely, and it was great to be able to play tennis as well. We did not try any of the spa treatments, but there was a really good selection available. Breakfast was varied and delicious.
The only negative thing we have to say about it/Viesca is that...

Lovely room and gorgeous location. Best to have a car when coming as it is far away from major areas. Lots of in-house facilities and walks. Good for a relaxing break. We enjoyed family holiday, with visits to the pool and easy drive to Florence.

This is a fantastic hotel for the money. The room was large and comfortable and the facilities very good including two swimming pools. The accomodation is in blocks spread out around the very nice grounds and the staff were very helpful. The location is a fair way from Florence up in the mountains which makes it peaceful and quiet - just the job. Buffet meal with a man with a guitar on the Thursday was very good. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Hotel David for four nights. The staff are welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff did an invisible but excellent job, leaving our room immaculate every day. Our twin room was spacious, with ample storage space, and a large shower room off a small hallway. The bed was very comfortable. There a wide variety of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit and freshly made pastries and cakes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind the 15-20-minute walk...

This is a lovely hotel with very accommodating and friendly staff. It's situated outside of Florence about 20 minutes by car, however the hotel runs a shuttle bus, but last one back from Florence is at 7.30 p.m. which means you miss the night time atmosphere and views in the city unless you pay for a cab. The hotel is sat in beautiful surrounding and gardens with paved walks through the grounds.

One of the best hotels I have stayed - small, 'boutique' feel. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff - they seemed to want us to enjoy our stay ! Stayed 2 x one night, so had 2 different rooms - both quite different, but both excellent quality & space. Dinner in restaurant was superb; breakfast buffet excellent. c. 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence, maybe 30 mins to Ponte Vecchio, or use the shuttle bus or taxis. Highly recommended - can't wait to go back !

Reception staff efficient and polite. Booked standard room but stayed in larger room /suite which would be ok for family. Bed a little hard would be only criticism. Ideal location. Rooftop bar a sun trap.

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Reggello

This includes the stunning countryside, picturesque forests, scenic views, and opportunities for fishing and biking. Visitors can also enjoy the rich history with local temples and castles, as well as indulge in wine tasting at nearby wineries. This makes for a great value for money holiday, especially for those on a budget.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals for hotels in Reggello, begin by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Dealsopens in new window sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about flash sales and special promotions, helping you avoid missing any potential savings. Additionally, the Smart Shoppingopens in new window tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're well-informed about your options. If prices drop or rooms become available, you'll be among the first to know, making it easier to secure a spontaneous getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate due to various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a more affordable option for your stay in a Reggello hotel. For those in search of distinctive experiences, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and potentially better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could help you secure a more favourable rate.
Consider your location: Opting for accommodation closer to key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often tends to come with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels located in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and accessibility to the sites you intend to visit. You might also look into independent hotels situated further out, which are likely to provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
