"The staff was very friendly during check in and took the time and care to explain everything to us. They even upgraded us which was icing on the cake. The staff greeted us whenever we leave or come back to the hotel. Breakfast was really good, it had all the basic cold and hot selections. "This is an amazing hotel and the balcony view is worth every penny. I really tho if ht Wengen was a much better base than somewhere like Interlaken. The views of the mountains and Lauterbrunnen valley were incredible. It’s a great home base for the Jungfrau region. The staff and property are amazing!"
