"We stayed for a week at this hotel an everyday we had clean towels and beds made, the staff were very helpful and they all spoke fluent English so it was easy to ask any questions, they had free breakfast and their is a little 7 eleven in the lobby for easy quick snacks , their spa was very clean and the staff was welcoming it was close to the narita airport which is where we flew in and flew out of their shuttle buses were so accommodating getting us to and from Tokyo station and the airport...
