"Great resort! We had the Diamond Club with butler service. Ocean view room and exceptional customer service. The food and drinks were good and there were several activities on site to participate in!"
"The hotel was very tidy and well kept. The housekeeping ladies were super friendly and cleaned our room every day! Pool was exceptional all beach chairs were new. Shuttle service to the beach was the best service for drop off and pick up. We would go back! "

Clean rooms but very basic if you don’t upgrade.
There was no upgrade left by the time we booked, and I was a little disappointed .

"Rooms are very spacious and well kept (freshly painted, new appliances). Pool is very nice, gym is OK (excellent variety of equipment for a hotel gym, but kind of old/worn). Location right on the beach is fantastic — water is SO nice. And plenty of water sport options to be had. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Of note, we did have a bunch of minor problems — TV didn’t work, shower drain got clogged, key entry stopped working. They did fix them all fairly quickly, but I guess they could use a bit of a maintenance upgrade. None caused us anything other than a First World Problem!
Overall, a very nice stay in Saint Lucia. I think other resorts may be nicer, but value here was definitely good from whatever else I saw. "
