"Stayed 7 nights on a family vacation (2 adult + 2 bigger kids) in a room w. King size + single + extra bed. Room was located away from the pool/beach area (where music can be a bit too loud for our taste). The hotel is well kept, very friendly staff, nice pools (we used the main one at the neighbour hotel Westin, which we found more quiet), garden and sandy beach. The hotel is connected to W and Westin and we had a high value half board (you choose a daily lunch or dinner), allowing us to eat...

"For that price, everything should have been better. The towels were old, thin, and unpleasant. There were visible marks on the ceiling as if the upstairs neighbors had flooded the apartment — the surface material was bubbling and uneven. The area next to the elevators constantly smelled like trash. There was a large trash bag left there, and we saw it every single day during our stay. The check in process wasn’t smooth, as none of the apartments which we booked was ready on time. "
