Luca provided excellent detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in, as well as providing fresh croissants every morning! "

"This hotel is absolutely NOT clean. It’s incredible this location is not condemned for unsanitary conditions. It’s literally like staying in a sewer. The smell is so bad you will get nauseous and sick and ruin your trip. I simply asked for help and they completely ignored me. DO NOT STAY."

"Great location in a quieter area with all attractions easy to get to. Shelf check in was easy and the lift (albeit old) was super helpful as we had lots of luggage. Room was well maintained and clean, the bath was a delight after a long days stroll. Communal coffee area was a lovely touch and we used several times during our stay. Safe, secure and plenty of space! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return."
