"Nice, new, comfortable, eco-friendly,quiet, spacious, huge window ( next time, I'll take a room facing Montreal). Easy access ♿ underground parking and proximity to the REM. "

"We are often in passing in Montreal and we sampled various hotels in the city and suburbs and this Courtyard by Marriott is one of the best. New, modern, clean, quiet, in a very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and great shopping. And parking is free 🙂"

"Bilingual staff and a good basic breakfast. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. It was close to downtown Montreal Had a great couple of days there"

"We had an enjoyable stay at this wonderful property. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay and they handled it well. We really liked the gated parking. Room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good value - lots of choices. Also, very easy to get to and lots of shopping and eating establishments close by. Thank-you, Best Western, Brossard."

"Ideal if you need to be around brossard, still not far to drive into montreal, on a main road and restaurants and outlet mall nearby. Ideal spot for the price."

"The room was beautiful, very modern, very clean, very comfortable. The location is amazing, if you're staying in the Quartier area, or heading to Montreal. The REM stop is nearby, behind the Cineplex Odeon, I found it to be an easy walk."

"The staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful for the service and extras like direction how to get in Montréal by the REM and subway."

"This hotel was very close to Montreal and is a great price. The breakfast was great. The staff is very kind and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Montreal."

"Very nice property for a stay in Montreal. Only a 15 min drive to the new REM line station at Brossard which brings you into the city centre (Gare Central) which is Bonaventure on the Metro line."

"The room was very nice parking was great staff was very nice enjoyed our stay."

"I chose this location for it's location. It was about 30 minutes from the RailExpo museum and walking distance to the Panama REM station, which I used to go into downtown Montreal to visit museums. The motel proximity to the Treachereau (?) Blvd - six lanes - made it difficult to find and to get to but, I called the front desk for directions and he was quite helpful."

"Staff is friendly, the room we stayed was really clean and very decent for the price. They reset and clean the room when we were gone to explore the city. Would recommend this place."

"The bed was comfortable. The fridge was cold. The switches worked. I stay here whenever I travel through Montreal, it's good for a one-nighter and I sleep reasonably well. The place is "tired" (years beyond needing updating) but it's good to sleep at, and that's all I wanted. "
