"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Nelson, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would also like to thank to the bartender and everyone that have make the warm hospitality, friendly service, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself...

"Perfect for an early next day departure to Machu Picchu. Staff was amazing and so accommodating! Complimentary early morning bagged breakfast was perfect for a long day at Machu Picchu!"

"The hotel is in a great location staff some beautiful people. The hotel is very cozy n nice. "

"Los trabajadores muy amables y atentos. Siempre brindando un buen servicio. Recomendable. Solo una observacion; deberian poner un termo de agua caliente para los que desean tomar te o cafe y tener una campanita en recepcion ya que no siempre esta alguien, todo lo demas perfecto"

"Room was spotless. It seems like a family business. The receptionist helped us A LOT! We couldn't find the hotel, and she met us someplace in town. She also helped up get bus tickets for the next morning. The ticket office was closing and she got them to stay open for an extra few minutes. So we didn't have to worry about getting up early to buy the tickets. Also she agreed to take a credit card so we could keep some of our cash. The sound of the river is loud, but can be toned down if you close...

"Nice hotel. Good location right behind the train station. 2 minute walk from the main road. Perfect for families or anyone else. Comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Laundromat 50 feet away as well. "

"This is a budget friendly option but the staff at the hotel was phenomenal. The property is undergoing improvements that I am sure will further enhance the experience. Our 5 stars is based on the hard working hotel staff."

"Very friendly staff, good accommodations right in the middle of where you want to be. "

"Excellent hotel. The fellow at the front desk was very helpful and had a pretty good command of English. The shower had hot water, the room was clean, and despite being in the center of Aguas Calientes was reasonably quiet. We missed our train and had to stay a day longer in the village and this last minute stay was better than our previous planned one"

"Good location, they had breakfast for us at 5:00 so we could catch the 1st bus and they held our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu."

"We had a great stay at Runas inn. The staff is incredibly friendly and so very helpful. The rooms are small but very clean."

"My only complaint is water isn’t very warm. Overall nice place and good location. Friendly staff. "

"Habitación limpia "

"Close to aguas termales and lots of restaurants, bars, massage, etc. Rooms are not too expensive, staff is friendly. Good value for price."

"This family owned business provides service to meet your needs. Alex accommodated an early check in for us. Furthermore, he provided everything we asked in the room like hot water and tea. He also let us borrow a towel for the hot springs as an example. They stored our luggage until the evening as our train didn’t leave until 7pm. We were very happy with our overall experience during our stay."

"Hotel built on top of restaurant no direct entry, very tiny way to get to reception upstairs, no elevator. Rooms with no access to fresh air outside. At night around 0200, some people may be other guests, came in shouting, very loud, laughing making crying sounds, felt terrible, continued for about 30min. Breakfast was good, kept our luggage."

"Super clean and spacious, Marissa was very nice and polite."

"We lost our key during the night, managed to reach the manager right away, and were let into our room—everything was great, thank you!"

"Good hotel very well located, the roof top is nice and the breakfast very tasty and several options."
