"The Cove Hotel is a great little find! It’s new, and exceptionally clean and nice. What stands out most is the management and the staff. Unbelievably accommodating, always sincerely, friendly, and able to help you with absolutely anything you need. The location is interesting, just a few minute walk from the beach, although it’s not the nicest beach, it is long and connects to a few bars and restaurants. It is next to a big open lot, which is nice, but there is a hill past the open lot, which is a bit noisy as per usual Mexico, people without any mufflers. It’s not a constant noise so no problem. It feels very safe there. The pool and large hot tub without jets are gorgeous and clean and it’s a nice spot to relax in the loungers. The owners, Nora and JP are very communicative and accommodating and the day and night managers Andrea and Mauro will get your drinks from the bar, extra towels, and directions to the best bakery! Bonito, the maintenance man will help with luggage and anything else you need and the housekeeper was always so friendly and helpful too. As I said, the people working here are excellent! Being a country girl, the lighting there is very bright and beautiful, but made it difficult for me to sleep so they removed my patio lightbulbs! They went above and beyond, and I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying at Rocky Point!"
