Wifi is pathetically slow, barely decent enough for browsing and nothing more. No daily house keeping. You have to discard your own trash, and the trash cans outside are always full.

The ceilng fell down on us
Overall not a bad hotel except that part of the ceiling fell down hitting me on the head and i also stepped on fallen plaster and some got inbedded in my toe. I told the front desk staff and they didn't allow me to speak to the manager or fill out an incident report. Overall not at all pleased

Our stay was great- house keeping didnt do a great job before we checked in, our room hadnt been vacuumed and I I had to go reques a blanket because there wasnt one at all but they had curteous staff and we loved our room ❤️ 😀 we will cine back

Saw few baby cockroaches which tipped off a little. A little more improvement in cleanliness is needed.

10/10 do NOT recommend. The lobby area is nice and clean and the front staff were extremely friendly but that’s where the praises stop. The hallways smell of cigarettes and mold. The supposedly clean white sheets and pillows on the beds are stained with who knows what kind of bodily fluids. Dead bugs in random corners throughout the hotel. Microwave in my room that did not work and a stove in my family members room that did not work. Iron but no ironing board. Tv in room but no tv remote. Rust stains everywhere from floor to ceiling. Cleanliness is not a priority at this establishment

Overall Cleanliness
Our Greetings and support of service was Awesome and very friendly when we first arrived. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par. We had to clean the drains, walls, inside of the refrigerator and the kitchen floor was very sticky. We never used the air conditioning and heating unit because it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years.

Front desk staff were great and very friendly. Now the room is a different story. The carpets were stained and out right disgusting. There were dead roaches and other insects throughout the room along the walls. Did not see any live ones though. Hotel definitely needs a renovation but you can def tell it’s an extended stay type hotel. The upkeep is horrible

I chose this hotel for my family right away ac was broke so had pack back up get moved then during night fridge broke and we had cockroaches in our room right away packed and was gone !!!

I like the full kitchen with a freezer for our icy items (like ice packs) sometimes needed when there for a bowling tournament.
I dislike that breakfast service was discontinued. It’s a huge disappointment.

They put us in a room that looks like it was an out of order room. The room was just dirty, the curtains were falling off the rod, look like roach dropping in the kitchen cabinet, carpet was filthy didn't want to walked on it found a dead bedbug around the mattress. Stove didn't work, we planned on cooking, we brought a little groceries, we couldn't cook anything. Walls was filthy dirt. Unfortunately we checked in late and the was sold out, so we stayed

The plague in this place is horrible!! Nothing was good!! The bathroom was broken, there were cockroaches, the laundry didn't work, they tell you that there is a pool and it's empty. Breakfast in general is not breakfast! THERE IS NO! I don't recommend that hotel to anyone!!

Not very clean
When we arrived, we thought check in was running smoothly, but had to go back to the lobby 3 times and the room key still would not work. She gave us the master room card, which we had to bring back down. Then we had to leave without keys, and pick up when we returned. We were not the only one, others were having the same issue. The carpet was very nasty. With huge dark stains throughout the room. The bathroom needed updating. Needs to be deep cleaned. The TV was so small needed a pair of binoculars. It was convenient to where we went and if they cleaned the carpet and vacuumed, it would not have been so bad. The bed was very comfortable.

DISGUSTING
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, thats where it ended.
This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed in. The elevator looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. We get to the room and the place was disgusting. Its obvious the floors werent vaccumed. The carpet was so stained and gross, we decided not to take our shoes off. The window shears were shredded, presumably from an animal since its a pet friendly hotel. The ceiling had so many patches from leaks, it looked like a checkerboard. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling too.
The furniture in the room was stained. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable and the pillows were like cardboard. The room was very much in need of an overhaul.
I wont be staying at this place again.
