I was upset to see that the hotel bar set up was dark and not operational when I checked in. One of the main reason why I chose this location. You shouldn't advertise it if it isn't operational or able to be enjoyed during your stay. Other than that, the stay was excellent!!

Just one headache!!
Hotel was very nice. I only have one complaint is for the bathroom. Although it was very space ish the shower was another thing and problem. Shower curtain was missing one loop. The shower faucet came off in my hand and hard to put back on and to control the water temperature was a challenge. Also drain was extremely slow - so I stool in un clean water for a long time. For the price that you charge for this room - is a little to be desired. I hope you can fix this issue cuz I’d love to come back again and soon.

It was nice to have breakfast daily, but options were limited and it was the same every day.

The room was very clean and spacious with a high ceiling and the staff was especially kind. Very convenient since it is right next to Williams college, a gas station, and there is even a nice Chinese restaurant near that is open till late (many other restaurants close pretty early)

The property and staff working at the Fairfield were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was fine each day from Thursday through Sunday. The weekend breakfasts included scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage and waffles. There was plenty of bagels, muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal and fresh fruit available along with coffee, juice and milk for children.
There was a minor issue with one of the televisions in the room and the staff tried to fix the issue without a problem.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property
