The room was horrifying. I checked and left/checked out within 90 minutes. There was a clear roach infestation. There were at least 10 baby roaches in the bathroom. I decided to tough it out and laid on the bed. I was on the phone when a full grown roach crawled over the pillow right in front of my face. I packed my stuff, reported to the issue to the front office, gave my key card and left. I’d like a refund. It was the worst hotel experience ever and I didn’t even stay the night.

Welcome to the Jungle
Delayed flight forced me to get a room. I was shocked at the neighborhood, conditions etc. I’ve done business in dozens of third world countries and this was a top 10 worst stays in 30 years of global travel.

This hotal is in super poor condition. Staff are decently welcoming but the rooms are awful. Nail polish stains on the carpets and walls, the wifi is half the time not working with slow internet. Barely any lighting equiped in the rooms. The area around the hotal is filled with so specious with people living there, smoking, and loud outsiders.

This is by far the worst kept up hotel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms look like they haven't been updated in at least 2 decades. There appeared to be numerous homeless people hanging around in the back parking lot. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. The entire property is in a state of disrepair and if I was the corporate office, I would cut my losses and demolish the site and start over.

I reserved a king room they gave me a double queen I was with my wife. I went down to get a tub drain stopper so my wife could take a bath and the lady gave me a wash rag and told me to put it in the drain. The room was cheap though so I didn’t have high expectations.

One of the seediest places I've ever stayed. The photos are very misleading compared to the actual place. The "clean" towels had dirt or dirt stains on them, along with hair. The shower was dirty. The ironing board had no lever or way to keep it up! There was also no iron in my room, so I had to borrow one.
The in-room safe was closed, so unless you knew the code to open it, it could not be used. There was not enough soap provided each day. One of the toilet roll holders was broke. There wasn't enough lighting in the room. I very much made a mistake booking it.
It looks like the kind of place where people live permanently or month to month.

I stayed there one night. The website said free breakfast. They had an area for breakfast, but nothing was there. When I asked they gave me a marshmellow treat in a bag. NOT Breakfast. It was March and cold, and the bed had a sheet and a bedspread that was the same thickness as the sheet. It was a no smoking room, but I counted 10 cigarette burn holes in the bed cover. Not a place I would ever stay again.

Mattress was smaller than the bed, carpet & bedding stained so bad I refused to remove clothes, holes in wall in bathroom. Person living at hotel wouldn’t always answer their door, constant knocking and yelling.

As far as value, it's always a good choice for us to get away for a few days on a regular basis and the location is important for us as it's close to work, lessening the commute. As far as the room is concerned, it's just average to poor; the rooms could be more cleanly. The bathroom in particular is critical; if housekeeping spent just a little more time, even an old bathroom can be clean & sanitary!
The staff & the price are why we continue to return; staff is always always very welcoming & kind! We come back for this reason!! Check-in is quick & smooth, getting us into our room in no time!
Does the aging hotel need some renovation? Yes, but the value/price is right! Thank you to the staff, we appreciate you very much!!

Late arrival after flight delayed. Dirtiest room I have ever been in. Looked like carpets hadn’t been vaccumed in a few weeks. No towel rack in bathroom, screws holding in the plate around water control in shower, one missing the other so near out you didn’t know whether to turn on water or not. Check in was good, check out was not so good. We also had this hotel reserved for Monday night June 16, we wouldn’t have even stayed there the first time if we weren’t so tired. Tried to cancel June 16, was told it was booked through Expedia. We couldn’t find anything in our Expedia reservations so we asked again. He pulled it up on his screen and gave us this number for Expedia reservation number: 401063967, do I tried again with Expedia to cancel for June 16. Expedia says it was an invalid number, so we lost the money that we prepaid for the stay. They are an independent hotel doing business as Americas Best Value Inn. Prett flyby night
Wouldn’t go there again even if I had to sleep in my car!
