kracking hotel with great service, food and Hot tu
Lovely hotel just for adults. Calm and fairly quiet. Great location , next to the main train line so getting here from the airport takes only 23mins by train. You cannot hear the train line in the hotel as I say it’s very quiet here. Food in the restaurant is top class and quality. Great value for food and drinks. My only feedback was the bed isn’t too comfortable but they do offer you a service to swap the beds to a harder more firmer one if you wished too! The addition of the hot tub on the room was lovely at the end of the day to chill and relax. Would stay again and highly recommended

This Hotel is perfect in all ways.
Close to everywhere and the staff are great.
Very good breakfast and the rooftop jacozzi is a fed bonus.
Room was very clean and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Krcacow

I had a really nice stay
Great bathroom and very comfortable rooms controlled via Tablet.
The restaurant is open 24/7 which is convenient.
Breakfast very good and until 11.
Jacuzzi on the roof top open all night.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, it has a great bar serving excellent pizza, the staff were great also. The hot tub on the roof was amazing after you had a busy day walking, this will definitely be our first choice hotel when we return to krakow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Loft was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfasts were really excellent, and we purchased evening meals in the restaurant. The Loft is close to the square in Krakov, and many places to visit were in walking distance. We rented a car, and driving in the area was difficult, but parking by the Loft was available, but not free. We were very happy with our stay.

Fab hotel in great location
Fab position 15 minutes walk to centre square. The suite with private jacuzzi was perfect really large space for a family. Pizza restaurant in hotel was great as was breakfast hit and cold. Great bar also not overly expensive. Staff were great really friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the one night stay at the Loft. It has a modern look with lots of gadgets. Lights, blinds easily controlled by a unit on the wall. Great rooftop jacuzzi with great view by day and night. 24hr pizza downstairs.

Three night city break with friends. The Loft is situated perfectly for the old town, a short walk away. Amenities all around. The hotel itself is welcoming, great food and drink and very accomodating. And hi-tech too.
