Old hotel, showing its age. Room was dated and dirty. No cleaning service one day. No wine key. Loud if there’s a wedding. Elevators are dilapidated. No bellman.

Mattresses in our room 633 were very comfortable. However, the boxsprings were dirty, had noisy, broken springs and torn up fabric.

Nice Hotel but horrible experience.
The room was clean the staff was great, however the hot tub was out of order, the pool had debris floating in it, and the coffee maker was not working. I requested a replacement and the replacement was not working either. I was not able to enjoy not one cup of coffee. Decided not to take advantage of the spa. Went for a 2 day birthday relaxation. Not what I expected.
